- Provide matching funds for a project alongside an IFC investment or World Bank program;
- On an exceptional basis, CommDev would work alongside a company where there is no IFC or World Bank program if the project contributes to the delivery of public goods for oil, gas and mining projects; and
- Share information and provide support for the information clearinghouse and accompanying help desk.
